With more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, and strategic planning, Stéphane Milot is a recognized leader known for his collaborative, results-driven approach. He excels at transforming complex information into actionable insights that drive sustainable growth.
Before being appointed CFO of Boralex, he held several senior leadership roles within the company, where he contributed to the disciplined financial approach and helped shape its long-term growth strategy. His career also includes executive positions at RONA, Lowe’s Canada, TC Transcontinental, and Cascades, where he led activities in strategic planning, investor relations, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financing, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, insurance, real estate development and external communications.
A graduate of Université Laval with both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a Master’s degree in Finance, Mr. Milot combines financial discipline, strategic vision, and strong communication skills to build trust and create value for Boralex’s teams, investors, and stakeholders.
