Reporting to the Civil/Mechanical Engineering Manager, the Mechanical Engineer will play a key role in planning, executing, and providing technical support for major mechanical interventions on wind assets in Texas and New Mexicoand involvement in our other US Jurisdictions (CA, NY, AL, IA) and other technologies (Solar, BESS and Hydro).

You will act as a technical partner to operations teams, supporting major mechanical interventions and troubleshooting critical equipment. This position will drive mechanical reliability, optimize maintenance strategies, and strengthen Boralex’s long-term operational autonomy and asset performance.

💰Compensation:

The expected annual base salary range for this position is$110,400–$150,000. This range includes the target value of the annual Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP).
