About the Comes de l'Arce Wind Farm
The Comes de l'Arce wind farm is located in the municipality of Buxières-sur-Arce, in the Aube department. Commissioned in 2015, it consists of 5 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 10 MW.
This site produces the equivalent of the annual electricity consumption of 11,300* residents. Thanks to this installation, nearly 1,000* tonnes of CO₂ emissions are avoided each year. This project is fully aligned with Boralex’s strategy to accelerate the energy transition in the region.
- The wind farm is installed in continuity with the Vallée de l'Arce wind farm.
- The site also includes a battery energy storage unit.
