About the Leign Ar Gasprenn Wind Farm

The Leign Ar Gasprenn wind farm is located in the municipality of Collorec, in the Finistère department (29). Commissioned in 2008, it consists of 4 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 8 MW.

This site produces the equivalent of the annual electricity consumption of 6,200* residents. Thanks to this installation, nearly 600* tonnes of CO₂ emissions are avoided each year. This project is fully aligned with Boralex’s strategy to accelerate the energy transition in the region.
